What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Excessive Saliva In Mouth Of A Diabetic?

I have had dizziness three time in a months time, today I had dizziness and I throw up. When I start getting dizzy my mouth gets a lot of silva. I have been at work each time it happens, i work for jc penney. I am a diabetic too if that helps. Need to know what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and in my opinion this can be well maintain with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
