What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Tremors And Inflammation Of Feet?
Hi, For awhile now I feel dizzy, shaky, burning in my feet in the evening and at night. I checked my blood levels and it says 73. Now, I just ate about 20 minutes ago and now I feel a little better just dizzy still. In the past I have had gestational diabetes but nothing since. Could I have diabetes?

Hi,
It may or may not but these are sign of hypoglycemia. It is better you go for a diabetic profile (blood sugar f/pp and also hba1c with urine routine, microscopic examination).
