Understanding your concern. As per your query dizzy spells in the morning can occur due to many reasons like morning hyperglycemia middle ear infection , some kind of growth in middle ear or fluid in middle ear . If you have high blood sugar levels or dizziness in the morning, speak to your endocrinologist to rule out a serious underlying condition. Your doctor may recommend changing your eating habits, testing your blood sugar levels at home to see how treatment is working or adjusting the dosage of any medications you may be taking. If condition doesn't get well then consult with ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Avoid bending forward and controll your sugar consumption .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
