Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
the last couple of mornings i have been waking up dizzy. At times I have a hard time balancing myself. I walk about 3 miles every morning, 4 to 5 times per week. I also go to the gym 3 to 4 times per week. i am a 57 yr old male who i consider myself in good shape.
Waking up dizzy in the morning could also be a sign that you have low blood sugar, so you're dizzy before you eat any food in the morning. I suggest to do a glycemic blood level in the morning before breakfast to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
