What Causes Dizzy Spells, Mood Swings, Constipation, Headache And Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

Ok I have a few symptoms. Dizzy spells that last a few seconds Bloated Vaginal bleeding for 3 weeks on and off and some heavy days with clots and some discharge buts its dark red blood color. Headaches Feeling sick Very mild cramping Constipation. Can t sleep Mood swings Please help

Hello, Your complaints really varied and appear unrelated to each other. However, a few details would have helped better like age, BP readings, whether having diabetes or hypothyroidism, weight and height. Plus degree of daily physical activity. It will be better if you get following tests done : Thyroid assay, diabetic profile and CBC, and then come back. thanks.
