What Causes Dizzy Spells, Nausea And Excessive Sweating?
Lately I have been having spells where I feel very dizzy when bending over and when I start to stand up straight I feel nauseated and start to sweat. This is occurring more and more often. Once I sit down and breathe deeply for a few minutes it goes away. What can I do to prevent this problem, and what is causing it?

Your symptoms are cardiac over gastric and you should consult a physician urgently to run few diagnostic tests like ECG and Echocardiography and further treatment. You can take baby aspirin if available at home.
