hi

please get her evaluated for her dizziness,& pain in the nape of the neck.
it can be due to some circulatory or vascular or valvular problem relating to the heart, which can be dangerous at times, at the cost of life.

get her heart scan done as early as possible, added with complete haemogram, sugar, hydration status, haemodynamic monitoring and electrolyte levels

if this comes out fine, evaluate her for any other neurological problems.
all the best
take care
