What Causes Dizzy Spells With Tingling In Hands?
I have split second dizzy spells and when this happens, my hands tingle as well. For a slit second. It feels like I'm about to faint. I've had to grab things to keep flrom falling. It happens everytime I move my eyes or neck. I have anxiety too. Its starting to worry me

Dizziness and syncope attacks associated with neck movement and eye movements is most likely a vestibular trouble. Get your vestibular functions assessed and get a complete neurological exam for cerebellar functions. Anxiety and tingling sensation needs a complete neurological exam. It needs a complete clinical correlation with a detailed history and physical examination to sort it out.
