What Causes Dizzy Spells?
Hi i have been suffering from bad dizzy spells, nearly blacking out, i get a sulphur taste in my mouth and begin to shake! this is happening every other day and I also suffer a coupke of dizzy spells aday. the last bad one i had I got pins and needles in my face

Unless proved otherwise , this has to be taken really seriously.
You are advised to consult a Neurologist for a proper clinical examination as this is a very important step of diagnosis.
another important part is to get MRI and other investigations as per clinical findings.
Till you get an appointment , you should stop driving , being or roaming alone. Take a full rest.
