What Causes Double And Blurry Vision After A TURP Surgery?

My husband had turp surgery yesterday. He came home this morning and tonight is experiencing slight double vision and slightly blurry vision. Recently, approximately 3 weeks ago he was taken off all high blood meds. His blood pressure in the hospital 6/23/16 - 168/81/57. 6/24/16 - 114/74/64. Today, he experienced an ocular migraine. He has not had one for 6 months to a year.

Post TURP blurred vision can be due to:
- Side effect of certain medications as antibiotics or others
- BP alteration as high or low blood pressure
-Low oral intake against urine output
Immediately consult your doc for further guidelines, till that time drink more liquids.
