As per your query you have drainage in ear and rash on face and eyes . The discharge may be a combination of pus, wax, fluid and blood. Although there are other possible causes, the most common cause of bleeding from the ear is a ruptured or perforated eardrum.A ruptured eardrum is a cause for some concern because the eardrum is a natural barrier to germs entering the middle and inner ear. The rashes on face could be due to allergic reaction from some cosmetic and soap . You should contact ENT specialist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order CT scan along with examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory , if it doesn't work then doctor may recommend tympanoplasty . Also take antihistamine like zyrtec twice a day and apply cold compresses on rashes. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
