What Causes Drainage Of Blood During Urination?

I was passing blood in my urine (along with flakes), several years ago, The Urologist performed a procedure by lining my bladder with a foamy solution. He explained the procedure would hopefully solve the bleeding (which it did), Recently the passing occurs about once a month. It is starting to happen more often. The doctor mentioned at the time that it may reappear in 5 to 7 years, if so he may have to repeat the procedure. My question is, should I have the evaluation scheduled again ?

5. CECT( contrast-CT scan),depending on the ultrasound scan report.
