What Causes Drainage Of Blood From Penis Post Intercourse?
What is the probable cause of a small amount of blood from the penis after intercourse. The person is an 80 year old man with a history of prostate cancer with seed implants and external beam radiation in 1998. This is a new problem with approximately weekly intercourse.

The small bleed is most probably due to either surgery that was conducted or due to the treatment he underwent. In most cases, males with a bleed from the penis is related to abnormalities of the prostate.
I would thus recommend an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis , Doppler ultrasound or a CT scan which would help us better understand the source of the bleed.
