What Causes Drainage Of Pus Along With Foul Odour From The Wound On Finger?

I smashed my fingers 2 weeks ago. The bottom already opened up all the blood and puss has drained but smells really bad. I dipped my finger in peroxide for a few minutes smell went away for about 30 minutes and came back. What can I do about the foul smell?

Hello,

Foul odor means infection. If you haven't done so already you have to visit your doctor for immediate assessment. Left untreated digit infections may cause loss of digits.
