What Causes Dried Cracked Nasal Septum?
I have a dried, cracked nasal septum right at the edge or you can say where the tip of the nose is at junction of septum and nostril, the crack is on both sides of the septum hence even touching the nostril hurts. It is not healing and has been there for more than a week. What should I do?

I am assuming this is from an injury. You will have to visit a doctor who will have to go about a nasal pack and monitor your progress for a few days. The nasal mucosa is buolt to remain moist and thus can prevent healing for a while.
Meet an ENT specialist who will go about a simple but effective procedure. Also a crack in the region described gives way for infection-causing organisms and thus you may need a course of prophylactic antibiotics.
