What Causes Drooping Of Eye And Temporary Loss Of Vision?

Hey, I played football for all my life. Now retired. My right eye is drooping, which was not always the case. My helmet would often slide down and hit my eye causing pain, temporary loss of vision and migraines. Could that contact be the reason why my right eye is drooping. My left eye is fine.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having drooping of eyelids.
Drooping of eyelids is called as ptosis and is seen in diseases affecting the muscles of the eyelids like elevator muscle.
Oculomotor nerve is the one which supplies these muscles and it is affected in diabetes, hypertension and neurological diseases of the brain or injuries.
Hence this requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
