What Causes Drooping On The Left Side Of The Face?
I am trying to find some answers for a class that I am taking. It is Neuroscience. I have a case study and would like to know where a possible lesion would be. Female 31, signs of drooping on left side of face, reduced strength in left arm and leg. Reflexes where brisk on left side. She veered to left when walking with eyes closed. decreased arm swing on left side. Can you help me find the answer/

lt arm with left leg paresis suggestive of lesions in the area of the posterior limb of the internal capsule. If it is below it causes contralateral hemiplegia.
