What Causes Drooping On The Left Side Of The Mouth?
After ruling out a stroke with CT and MRI scans, what could be causing slight left side of mouth drooping (with normal forhead action & wrinkles) along with slight tingling in left arm and leg, along with slight headache-like sensations in different locations in my head?

Facial palsy can cause the symptom like drooping of mouth on one side. Are there any other symptoms like unable to close your eyes fully?
