What Causes Drop In Immunity After Diagnosed With Hashimotos?

41 year old femail, 5' 6", 110 lbs. Very athletic/runner. 4 boys age 6, 8, 10, 12. Diagnosed with lyme and mono 2 years ago. Have developed Hashimotos and HHV-6 is 24 (very high). WBC consistenly below normal. Can't run anymore/winded after any exercise class. Frustrated beyond belief. Obvious immune system issues/adrenal fatigue. How to cure it - without SSRI's. HPA axis I'm sure off. I feel like there is something bigger causing this immune issue..please help. It's been 2 years....

My first question after reading your medical history the first question I would like to ask is, Are you taking any steroids?

As hashimoto thyroiditis is autoimmune disease and steroids are given for its treatment.
