Hi welcome to HCM.
Low levels of blood pressure in your case is due to the effects of hot and humid environment. This can cause loss of water from the body as insensible fluid loss due to convection.I advise you to hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 liters of water/day.Increase the intake of salt.Avoid strenuous physical activity.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart pathology.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
