I haven t slept well for years, usually about five hours a night. For about a month now, I have been sleeping for about 8-10 hours a night and still feel tired when I wake. I have also been having very vivid dreams, usually not good ones. Most of the dreams are scary and about bugs -- which I hate. Though it is wonderful finally getting normal hours of sleep, I am also becoming a little concerned. I am not really feeling depressed, as I have had depression off and on throughout life. Should I be concerned, of just enjoy more sleep?!
