What Causes Drowsiness And Vomiting After Mybulen Overdose?

I overdosed on 10 mybulen pills six months ago. After taking pills I felt drowsy an hour an half later and vomited twice alot. Next day I was given naloxone. Seven days later did a liver and kidney function test and urine test. Both was normal. A month later did liver and kidney function test and urine test. Was normal again. My two blood report had exactly same normal results. Did two scans and gallbladder was normal. But recently I have been suffering with pain in my ribs. I am worried about future illnesses and complications. Please help me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is understandable to be concerned but you should be okay since repeated testing has been normal.

Many persons with a history of pain would use a course of Ibuprofen that would consist of more than 10 though they would have the medication spaced out for different doses.

The pain in your ribs is not likely linked since ibuprofen does not usually have this side effect.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
