Hello
As you mentioned that you are having allergy and advised telekast-l ( montelukast+levoceterizine ) and also take levocetrizine .
The main side effect of levoceterizine is in few patient it causes sedation ( more than others ) .
The normal dose will take some time and it will adjust in your body . I also prescribe this medicine and very much effective .
Since you are getting relief and side effects are minor , so you can take these tablets once in the night , so in day time you will not feel sedation .
Extra levocetrizine is not necessary , so consult your doctor and discuss this thing.
Hot coffee and steam inhalation will also provide relief , so early in the morning you can get relief with this measure.
