What Causes Dry And Dark Patch Above Eyebrow?

Two days ago , i had came home from school & noticed that I had like a dry dark patch or mark above my eyebrow . I wondered if it could peel off so I started scratching it and it began peeling off with white dandruff or something . The day after I noticed I peeled more off but it started to burn & left a red spot .

From your description of the lesion, I think you have some kind of a dermatitis.
It is better to show it to a dermatologist.
