What Causes Dry And Flaky Skin On Foreskin?
So I got swelling and cuts around the top of my foreskin, it starts to heal and then I get a lot of dry flakey skin, I ve been to the doctors about this already they said it looks like an std.... Got myself checked out, including a HIV blood test all came back negative, what else could it be?!
