What Causes Dry And Itchy Spots On The Palms?
Hi. For the past few months I have very itchy palms. When my hands are dry and I scratch the itchy spots. I can see slight white patches - small and not noticeable normally. I usually use normal hand cream - but the itching doesn't go away and is quite intense. I am a 46 year old female with no chronic medical conditions.

noted history of itchy spots on palms. it may be a fungal infection or an atopy. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a dermatologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. management will be directed accordingly.
