What Causes Dry And Scaly Patches On Face?

I have weird scaly patches I get from time to time on my face. First it was 1 on the side of my forehead its just a cicular spot which is dry and scaly. Now I have one on the side of my cheek and bottom of my chin. It does not itch or anything its just random dry scaly spots. What is this?

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be hypersensitivity reaction and if I would be treating doctor of this case then I would treat this case with the following medicine
1) Tab Mometasone cream
2) Moisturizing cream ( lactic acid, urea, paraffin, )
3) Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day
one thing should be kept in my that all the skin manifestation demands the clinical observation and this is the only method for diagnosis this is kind of art of looking the lesion, if this regime fails to response then clinical observation is must, take care.
