Pimples occur due to clogged sebaceous gland pores with dead skin cells and bacteria inside , which cause infection and form pus . I would suggest you to not to squeeze or prick pimple with your hans as they will get infected and further complicate , apply ice pack to then to reduce the inflammation , do not apply any medicine without prescription and clean them with hydrogen peroxide mix with equal quantity of water .
