What Causes Dry Cough And Wheezing After Suffering From Cold?

I am currently getting over a cold, and it seems now I just have a dry cough (rarely with mucus, even then only a little) to deal with along with some blockage in my nose. However as I was moving dancing earlier, I felt a hollow feelin in my chest. It sounded like someone was wheezing, which was weird because it sounded like that even when I would hold my breath. It was like air was coming out by itself? I m not really sure how to describe it, something similar to a light airy feeling? Could there be something wrong, or could my cold progressed into something else?

consult pulmunologist for examination of lungs field. in case of bronchospasm bronchodialater like deriphylin can betaken. apply nasibion nasal drops.
