What Causes Dry Cough In An Infant?

My child is 4 month old. My baby had suffered from dry cough. We had treatment for 4 days in hospital.. one before discharge from hospital. My wife had consumed mother horlicks as usual at night.. in the morning my baby started coughing again after 3 day.. so plz tell what is the cause for my baby coughing after 3 days. Reply

As you explain the situation you should just follow the pediatritian advices.Usually the cough due to infection lasts more no worries.If the baby feeds well than and no fever he or she is improving
