General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If it was nausea and vomiting on being alone, then you would consider GERD or peptic ulcer which tends to be worse in the am but this is not associated with diarrhea.

You may want to consider a food diary for at least a week, note everything that you eat or drink to see if there is a reaction to a particular food or ingredient. In addition, you may want to consider an assessment by a gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
