Dryness in mouth, excessive urination and weight loss are commonly seen in case of raised blood sugar levels in body..
As the symptoms of frequent urination, excess thirst, weight loss and dry mouth are most commonly seen in case of Diabetes Mellitus, therefore you should consult a General Physician or a Diabetologist and get evaluated.
He can advise you to get blood sugar levels CA both fasting and post meal along with Glycosylated Hemoglobin levels HbA1c checked.. In case if the blood sugar levels and higher than normal range then you can be advised Oral Hypoglycemic drugs to bring the blood sugar levels to normal range..
