What Causes Dry Mouth And Lower Back Pain After Consuming Aloe-vera Gel Juice?
hi I had some aloe vera gel this am in the form of a drink 30ml and about 2 hours later I had a dry mouth and a pain in my right side lower back, I then came over very flushed but that went away and I was left with a dull ache in my back this has now gone and I feel fine! I just wondered if this has anything to do with the gel?
As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of dry mouth, flushing and back pain can be due to allergic reaction to the aloevera gel and if it was a preserved and packed product it can also be due to some added preservatives that might be causing the symptoms.
I would suggest you to try some other brands or natural form of aloevera gel if you take in future and in case if symptoms recur, it can be due to side effect of the aloevera only. As of now you can chew sugar free chewing gum to relieve dry mouth and drink plenty of water. As other symptoms have relieved you need not to worry about it further.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks and regards, Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora
