What Causes Dry Mouth And Throat While On Darifenacin ER?
Hi. Dr. please , previously before two month the Dr. of urology exam my prostate and said ( not bad ), after that he describe ( oxybutynin 5 mg.), after i take it i suffer from dry mouth worse , then he describe me (DARIFENACIN ER 15 mg. ), this drug make me addition to dry mouth & throat, also constipation worse and stop it ? . then now he describe me (MYRBETRIQ ER 25 MG. ) ? , but this drug not cover by HORIZON INSURANCE) and wait till now the oroval of insurance?, what can I do now?, then I can take ( saw palmetto) , and which concentrate ?, and THANK YOU ...

Darifenacin is a muscarinic receptor antagonist, the side effect profile of the same consists of dry mouth, constipation and so forth.
Additionally you can take saw palmetto (but after consulting your treating physician only). Till that time, plenty of liquids and high fiber diet will help.
