What Causes Dry Mouth, Excessive Thirst And Pain In Neck?

I have dry mouth, excessive thirst, heading, pain in neck, shoulders, & upper shoulder blades. I had an anterior cervical corpectomy on 1/6/15 and I have been occassionally vomiting since 11/2014. Do I have nerve damage from the injury of my cervical neck?
