What Causes Dry Mouth, Fatigue And Inflamed Penis?

I am very thirsty in evenings with a dry mouth. I wake up in the night with same dry mouth and need the toilet several times, no doubt because I am drinking more. I feel lethargic in the day time. I am 48 and have been fit and healthy. Not overweight and I exercise by running and weights 5 times a week. I have also had a sore and inflamed penis which may be nothing to do with above but has arisen around same time

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of dry mouth, excessive thirst and excessive urination along with sore and inflamed penis that can be due to fungal infection is all pointing towards increased blood sugar or Diabetes..
Fungal infections are most commonly due to increased blood glucose levels and you need to consult a Medicine specialist or a Diabetologist and get evaluated and he can advise you fasting and post prandial blood glucose levels..
In case if it is due to increased blood sugar levels you can be advised to take oral Hypoglycemic drugs that will help in bringing the blood glucose levels to normal..
As the blood glucose levels will come to normal the soreness and inflammation of penis will also subside..
You can also be given antifungal topical ointments to relieve the symptoms faster..
