What Causes Dry Mouth, Nausea, Dizziness While Suffering From Spondylitis?

hi sir. this is anil male 25 from india.. i have been taking sztalo plus since 5 months prescribed by a neuro physician for spondylosis.. the doctor says spondylitis might have developed because of stress and depression... now i feel dry mouth, nausea, dizzyness... how can i gat rid of it? help me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain Dry mouth, dizziness and nausea are side effects of Szetalo which contains active ingredient ESCITALOPRAM which is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class..

The symptoms that you are experiencing are due to side effect of the medicine and you should consult your treating physician who can alter the dose of the medicine or if possible medicine can be changed with other drugs..

As of now for dry mouth you can chew sugar free chewing gums for stimulating saliva flow..
Dizziness and nausea will resolve only after the dose of the drug is reduced or the drug is changed..
