my girlfriend is 48 has had dry mouth for some time seen doctors had upper lower gi etc. no obvious answers one doctor suggested sojornes but not with certainty then backed off now very recently she had some bleeding from both the rectal area and vagina and her period ended prior to that she did say she had some severe stomach cramping
