Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my 89 yr old mother is being given one 10mg tab of temazepam at night to help her sleep and she is now getting dry mouth symptoms - this has been going on for over a month - is it this drug that is causing the symptoms ? She can hardly eat for her stinging tongue. She is on other pain medication which has not changed for some years and the temazepam is the only newish one... taking for about 8-12 months.
