ok I have had these sores on my face for over a two weeks now and they come back as fast as they go away. they start out looking like a patch of dry raised skin, they fill with water then when they pop the get crusted over and they look and feel like burns. they get smaller hard water filled bumps inside of the patches and sometimes drain water like fluid and they seem to spread. they are so gross and I have been staying inside because I am embarressed of them. As they heal they get what looks like white hairs but its actually dry skin. The get so dried out that they hurt and burn so I have been putting cortizone and neosporen.
