What Causes Dry Skin All Over Right Nostril?

Hello. So I have some weird dry skin all over my Right nostril? No matter how much I blow my nose, or moisturize my face- it s still dry, and I always have to blow my nose and it really hurts. Not to mention I have some really weird bumps underneath my nose- it looks like acne but I am 17 years old and have NEVER had bad acne!! They really hurt and no matter how much I moisturize my face nothing works! Also there is weird flaky dry skin around my mouth! I can t even eat without my corners of my mouth bleeding! What should I do?

get your nose examined by ent surgeon might be having rhinitis and more of breathing through mouth can apply norrmalsaline nasal drop. can take livocetrizine 5mg tablet daily, apply nasibion nasal drop.
