What Causes Dry Skin Along With Acne And Itching?

Hi, my skin is dry and I am suffering from acne and pimples problem. 4 months ago itching started and doctor prescribed be permethrine soap. The soap did well but few weeks ago again I got same itching and acne problem. I read about the dermadew acne soap and tried that, but got so many small acne all over my face including neck. How to get rid off all these problems? Please help me out.
