What Causes Dry Skin And Rashes On The Face Upon Using Brevoxyl Peroxide?

hello doctor i had alot of honey lemon water in summers. I always used to have a crystal clear face and now iv loads of acne. I started using brevoxyl peroxide and using it acne was way lesser but my skin went so dry amnd rashes were all over my face but last night i applied advanton and next morning rashed were gone but also my pimples were a bit lesser too. apart my mother says this is all happening due to acidic stomach so I must treat my stomach not my face. she suggests me drinking chaas made up of lil yougart loads of water and a lil salt to it... please assist what should I exactly do?

Brevoxyl peroxide is effective in reducing pimples & acne but it may cause the skin to dry & start peeling.

Pimples & acne commonly occur due to hormonal changes, thyroid or liver issues.

Take care of your hygiene, keep skin clean, take a shower at least two times a day. Avoid exposure to the sun, eat homemade food, stay well hydrated to detox, avoid oily junk food, avoid cosmetic chemical products.

Cut on non-vegetarian food, take plenty of veggies, fruits and berries. Take fiber rich food, avoid constipation. Avoid packaged food.

You can apply a herbal based moisturizer to avoid drying of the skin. You can visit a dermatologist if the symptom persists. Your skin type can be tested & you will be treated appropriately.
