What Causes Dry Skin, Patches And Spots On Chin?
Hi, my name is Leah. For the past couple of weeks I have noticed my chin starting right under my mouth down to the top of my chin feels dry. I use coco butter lotion mixed with coconut oil or just coconut oil by its self. My skin form dry patches and light and dark spots. It s noticeable at this point. I have no idea what is going on with my skin.

Hi,
It seems to be effect of cold and dry weather causing irritation of skin. The local application you are using is alright. Please avoid using soaps, a glycerine soap can be tried. Apply moisturizer after each face wash. You can take cap. Aquasol A over the counter once a day orally for 10 days.
