Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain recurring infections in case of teeth can be treated with antibiotics but in case if the infection is occurring again and again ruling out the underlying cause of infection has to be done so that the source of infection is removed..
In case if you are getting infection in the extraction site from where wisdom tooth was extracted then you need to get an
x ray of the wisdom tooth area done so that it can be checked that whether there is any remaining tooth piece or foreign body left out in the socket accidentally and serving as a source of infection due to which there is recurring infection..
In this case removal of the infecting agent like tooth piece or foreign body followed by antibiotics will resolve the problem completely..
In case if the infection is in any other tooth treatment of the tooth by
Root Canal Treatment or extraction followed by antibiotics and painkillers will relieve..
If the infection is in the gums Scaling followed by antibiotics and gum paint is the line of treatment for resolution..
Hope this information helps..
