Hi,

Melacare cream acts as a skin-bleaching agent and works by inhibiting an enzyme reaction in the applied skin cells. Mild burning, redness, stinging and dryness may occur as side effects to using this medicine.

It may applied the affected area and wash after 1-3 hours. If your allergic to it please consult your Dermatologist he will examine and treat you with alternate medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
