Hello... My testicles lately have been feeling very dry and flaky... And even more recently, the right side of my scrotum stings and has a really heavy urge to itch. It has been happening for at least 2 days... Do you know what this is? I am 13 years old and never had sex, so that rules out the option of an STD... I m really worried...

chances of fungal infection of scrotum skin may be very likely and this can be best treated with following medicines
1) Tab Miconazole cream apply this three times in day
2) Tab Beclomethasone cream apply this at bed time
