After washing underneath my foreskin with shower gel I started getting dry, hardened skin on my glans. No itching or redness. I thought it was a yeast infection so I started using clotrimazol anti-fungal cream on it. I have used it for about 2 months but it hasn t helped. I also tried using a very mild moisturizer but that didn t help either. Here is a picture - http://imgur.com/6RiySG7 What is this and what should I use for it?
