Afrer every intercourse my penis head skin get rubbed and small cuts appear.its just like lips get fracture in winter.but its itching and painful for that i cant do intercourse for next 3 to 4 days.after applying anti bactirial ointment its cure but same problem after that.

you could perhaps try using a lubricant before the intercourse ..that should help.. and ask your partner to use the same.. you have not mentioned whether you use a condom or not..
