What Causes Dryness And Tightness On The Soft Palet Under The Tongue?

Under my tongue feels dry and tight. It is also on the soft palet under my tongue. It stings when I eat things like vinegar and drink wine. Can t see anything unusual. I have food sensitivities but never experienced this before except one other time. I am sick right now and not sure if there is a correlation...virus?

it could be due to orophrynx infection or mouth breathing or herpiz infection or mucosal ulcer.you take mouth gargles,tab acevur 5 times a day for five days and tab azithromycine 500 mg od for 3 days.
